HMS82 Outdoor Humidity, Dew point, Wet bulb, Enthalpy and Temperature Sensor for HVAC and Cooling Towers, Current Loop, 3% accuracy

The 2-wire HMS82 transmitter measures relative humidity and temperature in outside air (OSA). Optional outputs dew point, wet bulb temperature and enthalpy can be easily selected by a single dip switch or can be ordered preconfigured.

The HMS82 transmitter is optimized for outdoor use. It features an integrated solar radiation shield, which is a must for accurate humidity and temperature measurements in outdoor conditions. The transmitter is easy to install both on a pole and on the wall.

The excellent stability of the sensors and high quality materials guarantee that the HMS82 transmitter operates reliably and requires minimal maintenance. If needed, the Vaisala INTERCAP® sensor can be easily exchanged in the field with minimal downtime.

Analog outputs are preset at the factory to:

• Channel 1: 4 ... 20 mA = 0 ... 100% RH
• Channel 2: 4 ... 20 mA = -40 ... +60 °C (-40 ... +140 °F) T
