The flange, tube (part # 19266HM) and long rubber plug (part # 26530HM) assembly are installed into the wet concrete slab. This enables precise moisture monitoring of the concrete during the drying phase, without having to drill measurement holes into the hardened concrete.

Compatible with the HMP44 and HMP40S probes (used with the HMI41 and HM40 indicators).
